A standard electrical outlet is all that's required to power the Pixel Lights Controller.
Depending on your layout the controller may be mounted outside as it is waterproof.
IMPORTANT! DO NOT connect cables while the power is on. Doing so has the potential to surge power to the LEDs, which could cause harm to them.

Absolutely! Even though Pixel Lights are made to be easy to install, not everyone has the time or the tools to do it. Experienced installers can help set up and install your Pixel Lights properly. We recommend contacting us and we can point you in the right direction to find a quality contractor in your area.
What is the Pixel Lights warranty?
Our 3 year warranty covers product that use our recommended equipment and follow the correct installation procedure. And don’t worry, if you move the warranty is transferred to the new owners. Warranties must be applied for within 90 days of installation.

Do I need to hire an electrician?
Pixel Lights are an ultra low voltage, class 2 circuit. Just plug into an electric outlet. No electrician is required!
Does Pixel Lights offer placment options on home or commercial?
Yes, we offer with our channel to be installed How you like it. We can install with lights facing out like triditonial Christmas lights. And or facing down to give a wall wash effect.
